How do I use the extension?

  1. 1. Highlight any text on a webpage.
  2. 2. Right-click and select "Send selection to Quotables" from the context menu.
  3. 3. The text will be posted to your Bluesky profile via the Quotables extension.

Do I need a Bluesky app password?

Yes. You'll need to generate an App Password in your Bluesky settings to authorize the extension. This password is stored securely in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

Where is my data stored?

All your data (like the app password) is stored locally in your browser. We don't collect or store anything on our end.

The extension isn't working. What should I do?

Try the following:

  • check_circle Make sure you're logged into Bluesky and your app password is valid.
  • check_circle Refresh the page you're trying to quote from.
  • check_circle Check for any Chrome updates or extension permissions.
  • check_circle Try removing and reinstalling the extension.
